Cleary McCabe & Associates was incorporated in September 1997, by Dermot Pierce, Michael Cleary and Hugh Owens it was originally known as Dermot Pierce and Associates. The name was subsequently changed in 2000 to reflect the change in ownership, with Michael Cleary taking over the interest of the deceased Dermot Pierce.
