• Contract negotiations (procurement of building contractor and negotiation of building contract, collateral warranties)
• Financial administration (day to day administration of payments, preparation of cash flows and budgets)
• Legal & conveyancing (input and advice on Agreements to Lease & Lease)
• Co-ordination/project management
• Advice on the establishment and administration of management company and attendance at all design and site meetings
