Swift Square Office Park , Northwood, Santry Demesne, Dublin 9

Swift Square offices , Office buildings B5and B6 are the first two buildings within the Swift Square office park . The B5/B6 buildings are 7111 m² each with separate basement car parking for 178 cars . The offices are set within a planned office park of approximately 25,030 m² in the Northwood/ Santry Demesne estate. The B5/B6 buildings commenced in December 2006 and completed in March 2008 . The buildings are partially let to BMW and NSAI ( The National Standards Authority).

• Negotiation appointments of Professional Design Team (design team, professionals, solicitors etc.)
• Input into design development and appraisal
• Co-ordination/project management of the entire project
