Gulliver's Retail Park , Northwood , Santry Demesne, Dublin 9

Gulliver's retail Park is a retail warehousing park set within the parkland of Northwood / Santry Demesne estate. The scheme achieved planning permission in March 2005 for 10,500 m² of retail warehousing and 1670 m² of local retail units. The scheme commence d in April 2006 and completed in August 2006. The retail warehousing units are now fully occupied and the local retail units are 80% occupied.

• Carried out feasibility study of the site and proposed uses
• Negotiation appointments of Professional Design Team (design team, professionals, solicitors, etc)
• Input into design development and appraisal
• Contract negotiations (procurement of building contractor and negotiation of building contract, collateral warranties etc)
• Financial administration (day to day administration of payments, preparation of cash flows and budgets)
• Legal & conveyancing (input and advice on Agreements to Lease & Lease)
• Co-ordination/project management
• Advice on the establishment and administration of management company and attendance at all design team and site meetings
