East Point was created to provide flexible office accommodation for the wider business community; the complex is designed to cater for a broad range of office users. Following the success of Phase I of this project, which consists of 72,000 sq.m, agreement was reached with Dublin Port Company to develop a further 50,000 sq.m. Phase 1 was competed in June 1999 while Phase 2 is currently 95% complete. Companies based in East Point now employ over 5,500 people and occupiers include Oracle, Sun Microsystems, Eircom and Cisco Systems.

Services provided:

• Carried out feasibility/economic viability studies
• Negotiation Appointments of Professional Design Team (design team, professionals, etc)
• Input into design development and appraisal
• Financial administration (day to day administration of payments, creation of cash flows, budgets)
• Contract negotiation (contract procurement of main contractor).
• Legal and conveyancing (inputs and advice in respect of Agreements for Lease & Lease, Development Agreements and Sale Agreements)
• Co-ordination/project management
• Property management advice (advice on set-up and administration)
• Attendance at all design team and site meetings
