Crofton Road Dun Laoghaire Co. Dublin

A planning application was lodged in March 2003 by Crofton Developments, a Bennett Group / Earlsfort Group vehicle for the development of 118 apartments, 11,400 sq.m. of offices over four levels and a double basement car park. This scheme also included 1,000 sq.m. of retail / showroom accommodation at ground and first floor level.
